What flavour are the cookies?
Our cookies have a soft vanilla sugar cookie base with hand piped royal icing
What Ingredients are used in the cookies?
COOKIE- Flour, Sugar, Butter, Egg, Vanilla extract, Salt
ROYAL ICING- Pasteurised Egg White Powder, Icing Sugar, Water, Food Colouring
Cookies do contain eggs, daisy, wheat
Traces of nuts may be present
Do you offer Gluten Free or Vegan Cookies?
We do not offer gluten free or vegan at this stage
What size options are available for the cookies?
We offer cookies in 2 sizes, Regular & Mini
Regular are approx. 7-8cm
Mini are approx. 5cm
How much do decorated cookies cost?
Mini- from $4each
Standard- from $7
*price all are exclusive of gst
How long notice is required
We require a minimum of 2 weeks notice for all custom orders.

Packaging
Each cookie is sealed in clear plastic bags to help keep it fresh, these are then packaged into our mailer boxes with tissue paper to keep them safe
Shelf life
Our cookies can last up to a month if kept in its sealed bags
Once opened, best consumed within 24-48 hours
Storage
Store in a dry, cool space. Do not refrigerate
SHIPPING, DELIVERY & PICK UP
When will my order be dispatched?
When checking out select your preferred dispatch date
All cookie orders are currently being dispatched every Tuesday
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email notification with tracking details
Express Shipping orders should arrive within 1-3 business days
How much to Express Ship my order?
Only our decorated cookies can be shipped via post
All cookie orders are sent out via Australia Post, express service arriving within 1-3 business days
Shipping cost from $15.00.
Larger order will have a higher delivery fee, cost calculated at check out based on weight of cookies and shipping location.
We do not offer free delivery
When will I receive my Express post order?

Can you deliver my order?
We do offer courier delivery on all cookie, cake, cupcake orders within Melbourne.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes we offer click & collect and pick up from our studio in Wantirna South
Online order- Click & collect
When checking out, choose your preferred date & time for pick up. We will email you the week of your order to confirm pick up and
Where do I collect my order from?
If you have chosen click & collect or are picking up a custom order, we will email you the week of your order with pick up details.
As our studio is in residential area we do not give out the address prior.
Can you ship to my address?
Shipping Address-
We ship to anywhere within Australia.
If delivering to a business, please ensure you add business name in shipping address.
If the wrong address was given at checking out, contact us via cookieplanet.melb@gmail.com with correct address and we will change it for you.
We are unable to change shipping addresses once parcel has been dispatched
Chosen the wrong delivery/ pick up option at check out?
Please email with your preferred method
If chosen postage but want to pick up your order, we can refund the cost of the postage. We are unable to refund or cancel a postage order once it has been dispatched.
If chosen local pick up but would prefer your order be posted out, we will send you an invoice with postage charges. We will update you when the order will be dispatched
If we notice this discrepancy, we will email to notify you

What are the cake sizes & portions?
5" ROUND - serving up to 16
6" ROUND - serving up to 24
7" ROUND - serving up to 36
8" ROUND - serving up to 48
Serving sizes are based on 2"x1" dessert serving slices
Cakes are all 4 layers of cake, stacked with french meringue buttercream- approx. 18cm tall

CREDITS & REFUNDS
Do you offer refunds?
If you receive your order but don't love them as much as we do, then please contact us immediately via, cookieplanet.melb@gmail.com and we will do our best to help you out
Payment of order is final
We do not offer refunds on change of mind
You can make changes to your order up to 7 business days before the order is due. Changes after this date may incur a preparations fee
