COOKIE

Flavour-  
Our cookies have a crumbly soft vanilla sugar cookie base with hand piped fresh lemon royal icing. The slight bit of zest is refreshing and doesn't become too sweet.
Currently we only offer the one flavour but are in the process of perfecting more 

Ingredients- 
Cookie- flour, sugar, butter, egg, vanilla extract, salt
Icing- powdered sugar, meringue powder, lemon juice, water

Allergens-
Does contain eggs
Does not contain nuts but may have traces of

Gluten free and vegan-
We do not offer gluten free or vegan at this stage 

Size- 
Most of our cookies are around 7cm, 45g. Some are larger but who doesn't want more cookie

Handmade-
All cookies are hand made, and may vary slightly in colour and detail from those shown. This also allows the ability to customise your cookies, so if you something you like but want it in a different colour or style, do let us know and we will do our best to make it what you want 

STORAGE

Packaging-
Each cookie is heat sealed in clear plastic bags to help keep it fresh, these are then packaged into our mailer boxes with tissue paper to make sure they last their journey to mars, or your house, whichever is closer

Shelf life-
Our cookies can last up to a month if kept in its heat sealed bags, thats if you don't eat them all on the first day. Once opened, best consumed within 24-48 hours 

Care-
Store in a dry, cool space. Do not refrigerate

SHIPPING

Cost & Time-
We send all our cookies Express via, Australia Post. Shipping cost from $15.00. Larger order will have a higher delivery fee, cost calculated at check out. Delivery is expected within 2-3 business days of dispatch

Orders are currently being dispatched every Monday. 

We do not offer free delivery 

Local Pick up-

We offer FREE local pick up from our studio in Wantirna South. You can choose this option when checking out. We will send you an email/ text at least 24hours before your selected time slot with pick up address and details.

Date-
If you are ordering your cookies ahead of time and would like them delivered by a particular date, let us know when checking out in the special instructions box and we will get your cookies to you by then

All orders without a date specified will get processed and shipped out at soonest convenience

Shipping Address-
We ship to anywhere within Australia. If delivering to a business, please ensure you add business name in shipping address. If you've given us the wrong address when checking out, contact us via cookieplanet.melb@gmail.com with correct address and we will change it for you. We are unable to change shipping addresses once parcel has been dispatched 

If chosen the wrong dispatch option at check out please let us know. If chosen postage but want to pick up your order, we can refund the cost of the postage. If chosen local pick up but would prefer your order be posted out, we will send you an invoice with postage charges. If we notice this discrepancy, we will email to notify you. 

CREDITS & REFUNDS

If you receive your order but don't love them as much as we do, then please contact us immediately via, cookieplanet.melb@gmail.com and we will do our best to help you out

We do not offer refunds on change of mind 

You can make changes to your order up to 5 business days before the order is due. Changes after this date may incur a preparations fee
